THE TENDENCY OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN SMARTPHONE USAGE IN BANTEN PROVINCE

Abstract


Currently, the development of information and communication technology has increased significantly, particularly in the use of smartphones. Smartphones can be considered multifunctional communication devices and may serve as effective tools for teachers in developing teaching creativity in today’s digital era, where smartphone utilization is highly accessible for learning activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the tendency of vocational high school teachers in the use of smartphones. This study employed quantitative descriptive research design, using questionnaires as the primary data collection technique. The findings of this study indicate that the tendency of vocational high school teachers in using smartphones falls into the very high category.
